You guide, coach and develop your project leaders and ensure (re) certification according to IPMA®

They ensure that necessary skills and capacities are planned, developed and maintained and thus support the strategic growth of SMT

They ensure uniform processes/methods/standards in coordination with the business areas for all subordinate PLs

You can provide a very good technical or scientific degree

You have at least four years of professional experience in managing larger projects in a complex technical environment

You can demonstrate your profound skills and methodological knowledge as project manager through a certification according to IPMA® Level B or a comparable qualification

They have a strong experience in controlling developments in technically demanding components/assemblies and can quickly work into new, difficult topics.

They have demonstrable successes in the lateral guidance of experts in project teams. First disciplinary leadership experience is advantageous

They bring very high initiative, willingness to take responsibility and the ability to successfully implement changes

They are characterized by a pronounced customer orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking and acting

They communicate in English and German in word and writing
