Stand-alone operation and monitoring of CNC grinding machines (outer and inner grinding, round grinding) Processing precision parts according to technical drawings and production plans Quality testing with standard measuring instruments Ensuring dimensional accuracy, surface quality and compliance with tolerances performing small maintenance work as well as error analysis and correction on the machines Participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (KVP)

Multiannual professional experience in operating CNC machines Good knowledge of the control of CNC machines (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc) Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices High quality awareness, independent working and team skills Good German knowledge readiness for shift work (usually 2-shift operation, with application tips also 3-layer system)
