Our customers are well-known manufacturers from the household appliance, automotive, aviation and electrical engineering industries. Quality Management and Quality Management Officer Focus on quality assurance Monitoring and ensuring production quality Leadership, qualification and continuous development of the QS team Communication with customers and suppliers on quality topics Complaint and Test Plan Management Further development of quality management systems Responsibility for measuring systems and measuring technology Production monitoring Quality training of employees Monitoring and Optimization of Processes Development and implementation of quality improvement measures PPAP and VDA pattern

Multiannual experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing company in punching and forming technology Founded, multi-year practical experience in sheet metal processing and in stamping and forming technology is a prerequisite Complete technical training Insufficient experience in personnel management Very good MS Office knowledge as well as negotiation reliability in German and good English knowledge in word and writing Further training for QMB or internal auditor Knowledge in measuring technology (3D measuring machine) Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and VDA guidelines Very good MS Office knowledge Independent, structured and targeted mode of operation Hands-on mentality High sense of responsibility and enforcement
