Qualifications - comprehensive basic knowledge through training in a technical field, for example as a material examiner, master or technician. Further training for QMF and QMB is of advantage. Use of measuring and testing equipment - safe use of standard measuring instruments. Knowledge of standards and guidelines - proven knowledge in quality management systems. Communication strength - fluent German and English skills combined with pronounced moderation and conflict resolution competence.
