Time management: You have our time recording in mind, correct bookings and take care of the time management reliably. Pay billing: You prepare, together with the HR Manager, the monthly billing data and map the interface to the external payroll. Reporting & Analysis: You'll start regular evaluations and reports (e.g. sick rate, fluctuation or holiday provisions) and deliver the data base for our HR decisions. Administrative support: You create work contracts, certificates, and certify and faithfully plead our digital personal files. Contact person: You are competent to support our employees at the site with questions about time accounts, bills or administrative procedures.

You have completed a commercial training (ideally with HR focus), e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), office management (m/w/d) and brings well-founded professional experience in the HR administration. You know about time management systems and have basic knowledge of pay billing as well as pay tax and social security law. You have fun in preparing data and making dashboards or reports (e.g. on the sick rate) meaningful. MS Office (especially Excel for evaluations) / Google Workspace is your daily tool; Experience with HR software (e.g. Datev, Personio, SAP) is a big plus.
