Developing and implementing the WECO spectrum (Water Energy Chemical Optimization) to achieve targets such as 25% water saving by 2030 and net zero carbon dioxide emissions by 2045 Supporting the sites in the filing and analysis of TCL data, as well as the provision of equipment and solutions for problems Implementation of legal WECO site audits and creation of units with action plans for groups Intro­duction and support of man­agement tools, such as daily use tables on site Participation in and active participation in team and regional meetings, including across Europe Supporting the sales teams at WECO-re­searched projects and challenges in the de­fi­nated area of responsibility Cooperation in projects and the provision of data-based analyses to support investment decisions Introducing ideas for resource-saving projects and support in the implementation of WECO projects to ensure the targeted benefits Implementation of WECO-Essentials training in the region (at least four times a year)

In­dustry or in a comparable field Ideally, first experience in a laundry environment or a similar industry Excellent IT skills (including project MS Office software), especially in Microsoft Excel Ability to learn new software applications quickly and at a high level (e.g. Answer, Dynamics AX, Power BI) Very good German and English in word and writing Quality and time management talent to work independently as well as to conduct projects within a team Quick description of technology and processes Ownership of Class B licence and readiness to travel
