Clerk in Internal Sales (m/f/d)

You are at the interface between sales, back office, IT and other specialist areas. As a specialist (w/m/d) in interior services, you support us in a team of 8 employees in implementing our global sales activities – commercial, administrative and organisational:

In order processing, you take all steps of the process chain – from the order to the preparatory invoice. You work closely with sales, accounting, production and dispatch department and are the first person to contact our international colleagues. You conduct research independently, write reports and statistics and prepare the results in the form of presentations. You are sure to provide order, customer and price data in the CRM and ERP system. You are looking at projects on topics such as process optimization, customer relationship management and Sales initiatives or take responsibility in areas.

You have successfully completed your commercial training, e.g. to/to the Kaufmann / Kauffrau (w/m/d) for wholesale and foreign trade, office management, forwarding and logistics services or similar. In addition, you bring professional experience in the field of project management and/or order management in the international environment. In customer care, you convince by your communication strength, very good ways of handling and proactive service. You have very good German and English skills and are versed in dealing with current MS Office applications and ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central. As an organizational designer, you take your tasks independently, reliably and structured and score with flexibility and strong team spirit.
