As a bus driver (m/w/d), you can move Paderborn and be used for more than 49,000 passengers who rely on our local services daily.

For our customers, they become the face of the PaderSprinter and are their first contact person for all questions concerning tickets, fares and timetables. Get in and control the modern buses of our fleet in Paderborn.

Your tasks in detail:

• With us, make sure Paderborn rolls! Whether solo or articulated bus, whether electric or hydrogen – you sit on your own boss chair with the best view.
• You take over the safe, reliable and punctual transport of our passengers.
• To inform and advise our passengers about schedules, fares and connections and sell tickets.
• The traffic and operational safety of your bus will surely be in sight.

Your profile:

• You already have the category D driver license with a key number of 95 and have been able to gain experience in scheduled traffic.
• Customer-oriented mode of operation and good ways of handling are characterized.
• They speak well German and are ready to work in shiftwork and weekends.
• Reliability and carelessness are natural for you and you act as a team player.

• It expects an attractive compensation package: During the first 6 months you will receive a monthly fee of €337.65 in accordance with our domestic contract. The salary then rises to € 3.149.37 per month. Guests are also welcome to pay Christmas money (2.743,86 €) and holiday money (761,70 €) after one year as well as supplements for overtime, Sunday, holiday and night work.
