Support of the team by independent cooperation ( investors, management companies and asset managers) Independent processing of customer requests with regard to securities processing, capital measures, FX transactions and cash reconciliation in German/English in close cooperation with the various business units of the Bank Participation in Service Review Meetings as well as project-related customer plans to improve the existing customer relationship Active cooperation in customer projects and creation/analysis of internal evaluations
