Microsoft 365 Specialist (w/m/x)

The team

We are a team of 5 people. Our entire IT-Workplace area consists of 15 people. In close cooperation with the other teams, we take care of all the workstation-related IT issues of the entire house / group of companies. Among other things, we help reliably with technical problems, distribute permissions, provide all employees with top equipment and develop versatile IT solutions. We manage and operate various IT solutions. We are responsible for various IT projects / rollouts, bsplws. Jira, Confluence and M365. We have set ourselves the goal of constantly modernizing the jobs of the group of companies. In addition, we are responsible for license management and the central IT purchase related to the workplace.

You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our M365 environment You administrate and optimise Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune and Azure implementations as well as other M365 services You develop security and compliance concepts for our cloud environment and implement them You support our IT teams in error analysis and in the M365 infrastructure You carry out rollouts of offices, migrations of data and integrations of M365 services For automation and efficiency enhancement by PowerShell scripts, you also know the PowerPlatform You accompany IT projects and advise specialist departments and our offices in the use and development of M365 solutions. You are our central contact for security and identity management in the M365 environment

Multiannual experience in the administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 services. Funded knowledge in Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive and other M365 applications Experience in implementing security policies and compliance requirements in M365 Knowledge of PowerShell and PowerPlatform for Automation and Administration Experience with Conditional Access, Identity Protection, MFA and other security features Self-employed, structured and analytical methods Team skills and communication strength to optimally support the teams and departments as well as our offices Certifications such as M365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar
