You are the direct contact for our customers (specialists and construction markets) and provide assistance by telephone and in writing You accompany the entire process from the supply and order acquisition in the system to the customer-oriented solution of complaints You organize the daily administrative processes, maintain our master data carefully and do the general correspondence

A successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, alternatively professional experience in a comparable position. You are also welcome with us as a cross-comer with pleasure in customer contact. Safe handling of the current MS Office applications.
