State-approved degree as a specialist in the field of old, health or nursing with at least 2 years of professional experience Completed studies in the field of care or recognition for care services according to §71 SGB XI Ideally, you already have professional experience as a nursing service manager or plan the next career step An additional qualification in dementia care is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary You are communicative and prove social strength in dealing with residents, relatives and employees
