Teamlead Accounting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for creditor and debitor accounting and work closely with the Head of Accounting you report to. In the daily business of debitor, creditor, asset and principal accounting You both professional monitoring and active cooperation and make sure all processes run smoothly Open posts are shared with your team, perform accounts and manage regular IC voting For monthly and annual financial statements, you will significantly participate and secure a clean, audit-proof documentation – including process descriptions for ISO audits As a specialist contact person, you support internal departments, customers and sister companies in accounting issues and coordinate accounting for affiliated companies You control the daily number runs, accompany projects in the financial sector and actively promote process optimization and digitization initiatives In addition, you conduct and develop your team – from regular employee talks to target agreements to the promotion of individual strengths
