They ensure smooth processes – they perform a variety of tasks in the field of chemical-technical and microbiological analysis, take samples and carry out all analyses from the incoming goods to the finished product. They look very closely – they evaluate the analysis results and maintain the laboratory database. In addition, you take over the test equipment control and maintenance.

Your training – you have a successfully completed vocational training as a laboratory technician (m/w/d), preferably in the food industry or for brewing and malting (m/w/d). Their experience – multi-year professional experience in quality assurance in the food industry is a clear advantage. Their personality – they are characterized by an independent, self-responsible way of working and a strong quality awareness. Your know-how – Finding knowledge of chemical and microbiological analytics as well as good knowledge in the common Microsoft Office applications and in the laboratory data management will also help you. Knowledge of the processes of beer preparation is also desirable. You are also ready to work in shiftwork and weekends.
