We are an independent management consultancy focusing on financial service providers such as banks and insurance companies. As part of a group of companies with Company Builder, Venture-Capitalist and Personal Services, we work with approx. 50 consultants for our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We specialize in strategy and transformation projects that we not only design, but also implement. You accompany digitization or process optimization projects – in particular in the areas of credit business, securities business and payment transactions You support project management and take over the role of a Business Analyst/ Engineer You make requirements management/requirement management, i.e. you raise, analyze, specify and prioritise technical requirements at the interface between specialist departments and IT You advise and accompany our customers in the development of their digital target processes and think of end-to-end You show uncompromising commitment to the customer's goals, combined with strong solution and implementation orientation, independent work, coupled with high motivation and high quality standards, is of course for you

You have very good knowledge of banking processes, in particular in credit, securities business and payment transactions, and here brings 2 to 4 years of professional experience and as a basis for economic or engineering studies (BWL, VWL, economic informatics, etc.), with You combine your expertise with a broad understanding of IT processes – ideally in the areas of service-oriented architecture, API management, cloud technology or comparable technologies You are compelling to bring consulting experience You have methodological knowledge in process analysis, business analysis, test management and the creation of specialist concepts or IT requirements and have experience in different project management styles (e.g. agile project management) You have the necessary willingness to face new challenges in the consulting area, fun on teamwork and dealing with people as well as a certain project-related readiness and flexibility You complete your profile through very knowledge of German and English at C1 level and optionally also further IT skills (programming languages etc.)
