Baker/ Confectioner (m/f/d)

In this position, you support the production of our baked goods and, together with the team, ensure that quality, hygiene and production processes are reliably maintained. This means: • Production and processing of dough, mass and bakery • Preparation, operation and monitoring of production facilities and equipment • weighing, mixing, shaping, baking and further processing of products • Product quality control during the production process • Compliance with hygiene, cleaning and quality requirements • Support for packaging, storage and delivery of goods • Documentation of relevant production and quality data • cleaning and care of the workplace and the working materials used In short, You ensure that our baked goods are manufactured in a reliable, clean and consistent quality.

• Complete training as a baker, baker, confectioner, confectioner or comparable qualification in the food sector desirable • Alternative practical experience in food production, bakery, confectionery or comparable production environment • Careful, hygiene-conscious and reliable operation • Understanding production processes and quality standards • Team-oriented working and responsibility • German knowledge that enables secure communication in everyday production and understanding of work and hygiene requirements • readiness to comply with food hygiene requirements; an instruction under the Infection Protection Act may be required
