As a senior controller, you create transparency for our corporate management with meaningful analyses, reports and forecasts, and actively develop our controlling structures. You combine analytical strength with your own initiative and real design space.

Creation and further development of meaningful monthly and management reports and relevant KPIs for corporate management Responsibility for budget and forecast processes including ongoing plan-actual analyses Implementation of deviation and cost-effectiveness analyses and derivation of concrete recommendations for action Creation of business evaluations and analyses to support management and departments Construction and development of KPI systems and dashboards, especially with Power BI Processing and analysis of large amounts of data for identifying trends, potentials and fields of action Development and automation of existing controlling and reporting processes Active cooperation on cross-departmental projects and the further development of our controlling structures

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, finance, controlling, mathematics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company Found experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and deviation analyses Very good Excel knowledge and safe handling of ERP systems Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data-based corporate governance Impressed analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and to prepare them for different contacts Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High self-initiative and joy in questioning and actively developing existing processes
