Safety Specialist (f/m/d)

We're looking for someone who not only advises our managers and employees, but above all active them and guides them in their day-to-day work. Point of contact for concerns and issues concerning health and safety at the site, supporting the responsible safety officer (if you have not yet completed your training) Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, authorities, auditors and service providers Implementing projects in the field of occupational health and safety, and these aspects are taken into account in the implementation of general projects Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements in the field of occupational health and safety in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and support functions (Sifa, fire safety officer, etc.) Conducting, developing and refining training programmes, briefings, risk assessments, incident and accident analyses and audits, and providing support in the implementation and follow-up of the resulting measures Raising staff awareness of safety and general issues compliance and implementation, establishing and embedding a safety culture
