Customer Service Technician Heating (m/f/d)

You carry out maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on modern heating systems, in particular on heat pumps, hybrid systems, solar thermal, pellet, wood, gas and oil heating systems. You analyze disorders, create sound diagnostics and ensure a fast and professional repair of the systems. You independently determine the spare parts and materials required for service use and thus ensure a fast, economical and professional repair. You operate new heating systems, perform functional testing and instruct our customers to operate their system. You advise our customers competently on energy efficiency, plant optimization and possible modernizations. You document your work carefully and create comprehensible service reports. You work closely with our service office and ensure reliable appointment and deployment. Together with your colleagues, you take over the regulated emergency service and make sure that our customers are reliably cared for outside regular working hours.

You are trained plant mechanic SHK, heating farmer / central heating and ventilation farmer or have a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the heating customer service or in the heating installation and can carry out service operations independently. You have well-founded experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of modern heating systems – oil and gas heating to heat pumps and hybrid systems. You ideally bring experience with heating systems and control technology from Viessmann, Brötje, Remeha or Vaillant. You work independently, structured and with high quality standards. Also in complex disorders, keep an overview and find practical solutions. You stand up to customers friendly, binding and professionally and understand good service as part of your work. You are ready to take responsibility in the regulated emergency service. You have a class B licence.
