As part of our digital transformation, we develop a company-wide business domain layer – the central knowledge and governance layer for processes, data, systems and AI. As a bridge builder between specialist and technology, you transfer expert knowledge to a global knowledge graph and create the indispensable foundation for AI agents, intelligent automation and data-driven decisions. With the establishment of a “Shared Language” you ensure that people and machines act on the same basis of knowledge and we develop the full potential of artificial intelligence in a secure and value-creating manner. You develop and establish a business and knowledge model (Business Domain Layer) as a semantic knowledge and governance layer for processes, data, systems and AI. You model specialist domains, business objects, ontologies and their semantic relationships. You design and develop Knowledge Graphs and AI-enabled knowledge models as a basis for AI agencies, intelligent automation and data-driven decisions. You advise specialist areas and management in the design of AI-capable business architectures. You translate process and expert knowledge into structured semantic models and thus provide the basis for automation, decision support and the use of AI agents. You develop business rules, governance standards and decision logics, as well as target images and methods for knowledge, metadata and AI governance. You define governance principles for Knowledge Graphs, AI agencies and company-wide knowledge sources. You operationalize regulatory requirements, for example from the EU AI Act or the GDPR. You moderate workshops and promote the development of a common technical language (''Shared Language'') across organizational boundaries. You work closely with specialist areas as well as architecture, data and engineering teams. You are part of an agile and interdisciplinary transformation team with great design playroom.

You have completed their studies in business informatics, computer science, economic engineering or a comparable field of expertise. You bring several years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Data Governance, Business Process Management or AI Governance. You have practical experience in modeling business objects, ontologies or semantic information models. Knowledge of BPMN, DMN, UML, RDF, OWL or comparable modeling standards are advantageous. You have a good understanding of modern AI concepts such as Knowledge Graphs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agencies. Ideally, you know regulatory requirements in the context of AI and data, such as the EU AI Act or the GDPR. You are characterized by analytical and conceptual thinking as well as pronounced communication skills. You understand how to combine different technical perspectives into a common semantic model. You are delighted to structure complex relationships in a comprehensible way and to inspire different stakeholders for common solutions. You also have an organizational impact without disciplinary leadership responsibility and convince by professional leadership.

You play a key role in a strategically important transformation program. You design the construction of a pioneering AI and knowledge architecture with a high technical design space. You work in an agile, interdisciplinary core team with short decision-making and high self-responsibility. You deal with innovative future topics such as AI Governance, Knowledge Graphs, semantic technologies and intelligent AI agencies.
