Educator / pedagogical specialist on night duty (m/f/d)

You are present in the evening, have an open ear for children and adolescents, create a quiet atmosphere and support the evening routine. During the night you take the night's readiness and sleep with us in the living area. In the morning, you support standing up, preparing for the day, e.g. during breakfast and school preparation, and for a structured start to the day. You will test the situation in the housing group and, if necessary, take a pedagogical approach. You are part of a multi-professional team and regularly participate in team meetings and supervisions.

Completed training as a state-recognized educator/healing caregiver / youth and home educator (w/m/d) or completed studies of social work / social education / childhood education / special education / education a comparable educational qualification Students (w/m/d) of a social course with one of the above completed courses Willingness to accept night willingness and work in the evening and early morning Joy in pedagogical work with children and young people Joy in cooperation in a multi-professional team The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
