Become part of our team in ICT management. Together, you are in charge of the 1st level support team and work on versatile projects to further develop our IT. The site is the Rhein-Main branch, based in Frankfurt am Main.

1st level support of LBIH and takeover of incident and change management, B. User accounts unlocking, trouble ticket processing, remote support) Analysis of fault conditions in the hardware and software Consultation and support of the organisational units in the Rhein-Main branch Takeover of IT foundations and support in IT security measures Management and setup of smartphones and support in in-house telecommunications Participation in various IT projects (e.g. location moves, initial installation, hardware rollouts) Instruction of new colleagues in the LBIH IT infrastructure

Technical or commercial three-year training in the field of data processing or comparable qualification with first professional experience in the IT field Very good knowledge of ActiveDirectory, user administration and rights assignment Good knowledge of hardware and networks Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Teamability, sense of responsibility and service orientation Engagement and organisational skills Class B driving licence and readiness to service in the city area of Frankfurt (service cars)
