Trainee (d/f/m) Group IT

The Group IT department will design IT topics in the DZ BANK Group and will ensure the group-wide coordination of IT topics, IT sharing services and IT governance. The teams support the group companies in all topics with IT support and drive innovative technologies and processes in partnership. The field of tasks ranges from the coordination of IT bodies and numerous experts (Virtual Competence Center), the establishment of IT-Shared Services and IT-Security Services to ensuring an overarching IT governance in the group. The Group IT is characterised by flat hierarchies and a dynamic environment in which modern technologies and traditional cooperative values go hand in hand. As part of our team, you actively shape forward-looking projects and have the freedom to make your own decisions while continuously expanding your network. In your 12-month trainee program with an individual schedule, you will be working in the different units of the Group-IT department. The location of your activity is Frankfurt. In addition, you have the possibility to hospitate in different interface units within and outside the department.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering or natural science. Your Master's degree will be short at the time of your application or will not be longer than 12 months. You have a passion for the coordination of IT topics as well as great interest in current tech trends and innovations in the banking sector. Your own initiative, reliability and quick understanding allows you to efficiently and successfully implement tasks. You bring joy to work on topics and questions that arise on an ad hoc basis and you are happy to work in cross-company connected teams. You are strong in German and English (min. C1 level), in writing as oral.

Perspective: You start with an unlimited contract and a salary of EUR 71,000 during and EUR 77,000 after the trainee program.
