Your job Accounting of current business transactions in debitor, creditor, asset and main accounting

Monitoring, control and registration of payment receipts and settlement of weekly payment transactions, including cash management

Creation and auditing of invoices as well as voting of accounts, credit card bills and monitoring of open items

Independent handling of dunning and testing and implementation of customer reimbursement claims

Answer requests from customers and internal customer service and communicate with the shareholder (IC vote and balance confirmation)

Data extraction and aggregation of our online platforms for main accounting

Compilation of the monthly financial statements including recuperation, invoice delimitation items and various reports as well as monthly and quarterly tax declarations (USt-VA, ZM, One-Stop-Shop and VAT on e-Services -VOEC- in Norway)

Preparation of the annual subscription and execution of further administrative tasks in accounting (e.g. cash flow analysis, budget creation, etc.)
