As a team leader (w/m/d) People & Culture, you take the professional and disciplinary leadership and are responsible for the entire Employee Lifecycle – from recruitment and contract creation to onboarding and employee development to offboarding and wage accounting. You develop existing processes, build structures and make the area fit for international requirements. As a central contact:in for management and executives, you actively shape the personal strategy and culture of our company.

You are a real team player and like to actively participate in the daily operating business You bring profound experience in the leadership of teams and understand how to motivate and develop people You have very good knowledge of German labour law, pay billing, and in all HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle You know well in personnel planning and HR controlling - especially when creating HR statistics and budget planning You have experience with international employees and are sure to create mailing contracts You bring practical knowledge in process and project management as well as in organizational development or comparable areas with You communicate in German and English - written and oral
