Motivated and highly qualified collaborators in the Interzero Legal Department, who are looking forward to moving things together with you. advise the companies and business units of the Interzero Group on all issues of public law, including waste, recycling and packaging law, cross-border trade in waste and changes in regulatory framework conditions at national and European level (e.g. with regard to PPWR). Advising, designing, testing and negotiating contracts and dealing with a wide range of legal issues and issues of civil and economic law, including circular economic law. Excess responsibility, work closely with the managing directors of the individual companies and business units of the Interzero Group and advise the top management levels in strategic processes and management decisions. Design and accompany cross-disciplinary projects and conduct analyses and assessment of legal (project) risks. Design legal training for the individual companies and business units of the Interzero Group and carry out these. Taxes on active and passive processes in court as well as external lawyers:individuals and consultants.

You are a full lawyer:with several years of professional experience and bringing together appropriate prior knowledge in the field of public law, waste and recycling law and, if necessary, in contractual law. You are interested in questions about circular economy and circular economy in Germany and Europe. You have communication, consulting and negotiation skills. You work in a solution-oriented and self-sufficient and enjoy when you can give the management clear recommendations for action. You have the ability and joy of bringing you into different teams and working interdisciplinary. Negotiating English is not a foreign word for you.
