Head of Department Design (m/f/d)

Management and further development of the construction office Termine coordination of the design tasks as well as tracking the dates Professional leadership, guidance and support of designers Planning and implementation of technical projects Ensuring quality standards and timely completion Close cooperation with production, project management and customers Optimization of construction processes and introduction of new technologies

Complete study in mechanical engineering, engineering or comparable qualifications such as technicians Multiannual professional experience in construction, ideally with leadership experience Experience in environmental technology or in a comparable environment Very good knowledge of CAD systems (e.g. SolidWorks) Trust with current standards and guidelines English in Word and Writing Organizational talent, team skills and enforcement
