In addition, the usual shift supplements are added at night (30% supplement) and at weekends or weekends. on Sundays (50 % supplement), which is why the wage level is usually well above the regional average. Explanation of the layer rhythm: First week: 7 days early shift (Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:00, Saturday and Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00) Second week: 5 days late shift (Monday to Friday: 14:00 – 22:00) Third week: 7 days night shift (Monday to Friday 22:00 – 06:00, Saturday and Sunday: 18:00 – 06:00) Fourth week: 7 days free
