We are an independent management consultancy focusing on financial service providers such as banks and insurance companies. As part of a group of companies with Company Builder, Venture-Capitalist and Personal Services, we work with approx. 50 consultants for our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We specialize in strategy and transformation projects that we not only design, but also implement. You accompany or are responsible, according to your seniority strategy and implementation projects on site with the customer You support the project manager and the project team in managing the projects You are involved in research on market and project related topics You work together with your team to develop project and sales documents and prepare them As a consultant, you show commitment to the customer's goals, combined with strong solution and implementation orientation You bring independent work, paired with high motivation and high quality standards with

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics or engineering. You bring first relevant professional experience (approximately 1-4 years) from business consulting or financial services. You have already managed projects and feel safe in strategic and process topics in the financial environment. As a solution-oriented personality, you will be happy to take responsibility and bring with you the typical willingness to travel for advice. You communicate safely in German and English (C1 level) and are versed in dealing with MS Office.
