At an internationally operating machine and special plant manufacturer at the Salzgitter site. Technically demanding assemblies for industrial applications are manufactured in the surface coating and painting industry.

Here you will not only perform a team, you will actively shape quality, safety and efficiency and ensure that processes run clean, stable and economical.

Guided tour & organisationSpecial and disciplinary leadership of the team Operation planning and control of production orders Interface to production, work preparation, logistics, purchasing and quality Quality & Process Control and documentation of layer thicknesses, climate, test protocols KPI analysis (duration, rework, material consumption) Initiation of CSDP measures Technology & Security Organisation of the coating material storage incl. Hazardous substances & batch tracking Maintenance and maintenance of painting, blasting and mixing systems Implementation of work, environmental and safety requirements Implementation of risk assessments

Master or technician degree in the field of industrial lacquering or comparable Multiannual experience in surface coating (ideally plant/special machine construction) Leadership experience or clear motivation for further development Very good knowledge of 1K-/2K-Lacken, sandblasting, masking, work by drawing Safe handling of standards, MS Office and ERP systems Team spirit, hand-on mentality and structured working English knowledge of advantage Forklift, crane or climbing license desirable
