1. Shipbuilding Workers Surface Area (m/f/d)

Responsible for the design, optimization and continuous safeguarding of health and safety at work Review of the skills of the specialists and the operational planning and allocation of the work placements for their own team Preparation of all work in the associated area and control of the order processing with respect to time, costs and quality Execution of completeness and outcome tests; if necessary, setup of sections with Sokkia and laser measuring instruments, measurement of sectional impacts and subsequent post-processing Direct exchange with the master:in, coordination with interfaces at shopfloor level, management of the daily shopfloor round, organization of trainings and exams for their own employees

Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic:in metal, ideally with first professional leadership experience Secure reading of technical drawings and basic knowledge in SAP and CAD programs Basic knowledge in the establishment of safe jobs and the instruction of employees in the field of occupational safety Strength in the analysis and optimization of process processes – from design to final product Embossed team skills, high leadership and, if available, first practical leadership experience
