Your duties

• Acceptance and elimination of faults and maintenance of heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical and other technical equipment
• First contact point for tracking and maintaining defects as well as for all technical requirements for the customer on site
• Ensuring troubleshooting, maintenance and smooth operation in the shopping center
• Scheduled planning, organisation and performance
• Guidance of maintenance and testing plans

Your profile

(m/w/d), equipment mechanic for heating, ventilation and sanitation (m/w/d) or in a comparable profession

• First professional experience in technical building management or in a technical profession

• Class B licence

• High level of self-organization, communication strength and reliability

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
