Cost calculation for building services engineering / HVAC (m/f/d)

Offer scaling: Own-responsible calculation of offers in the area of TGA / SHK – precise, timely and based on sound cost analyses Mass determination: Self-determination of masses and quantities from execution plans, performance directories and technical documentation Call processing: Examination and processing of tender documents and the creation of complete quotations Subcontractor enquiries: collection, testing and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers as a basis for economic project implementation Prospection of offer: follow-up of ongoing offers and support in the contract negotiation until successful completion Interface function: Close cooperation with project managers, purchasing and technical departments for practical, economic planning Cost controlling: participation in the creation of budgets, cost plans and economic project assessments

Technical qualification: Complete training as plant mechanic SHK, master or state-tested technicians – alternatively a study in the field of supply technology, TGA or building technology Professional experience: Multiannual practical experience in the calculation of TGA or SHK projects – ideally from an exporting company or engineering office Knowledge of technical knowledge in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitary and/or refrigeration, as well as safe handling of performance directories Standards: Confidence with VOB, HOAI and relevant technical regulations System competence: Secure handling of costing software as well as MS Office – knowledge of industry-specific software such as RIB iTWO, California or comparable tools of advantage Working: Structured, pay-affin and independent – with a pronounced sense of cost and the view for economic relations
