Trainee System Management Energy Networks (m/f/d)

Design with us Bayern's energy future: We bring about more than 625,000 decentralised production facilities, drive the digitalization of the energy system and make energy smarter every day. As a trainee, you're in the middle of what matters tomorrow. The system control is the heart of the Bavarian plant and the switching center for electricity, gas and data. We are responsible for system security in almost all Bavaria. Our area of responsibility includes high-voltage, medium-voltage and low-voltage grids as well as gas from the Bayernwerk and the management of the data networks of E.ON Germany. In order to ensure these important processes, we also operate the central OT systems of the Bayernwerk and develop them within the E.ON Group. Together, we create an individual roadmap for your first 24 months with us, focusing on your Homebase networking power and topics relevant to you, such as storage, smartyfication and renewable energies, to prepare you as best possible for your future career. From the start, you take responsibility, you actively participate in the day-to-day business and take over project-based tasks in the company and group. With your ideas and innovative thinking, you will advance our projects of the future and explore the further development of our company. You also support us with creativity, experience and knowledge in optimizing and digitizing our processes. Together we shape the energy transition. In your home base, you will learn the most important topics from the classic network management (lower, medium, high voltage) to E.ON's corporate projects, and you will be able to acquire a wide range of knowledge there while actively contributing to developing innovative projects and topics. With us the trainee program does not end after 24 months: We will then offer you a two-year follow-up job in your home base, where you will continue to expand your strengths, take responsibility and sharpen your professional orientation. Since this activity is provided in a safety-sensitive area, we need your consent before permanent employment to carry out a review under the Security Audit Act (vpS according to SÜG in conjunction with SÜFV)

As a young professional, you convince with practical experience (practice or working student activity) in the technical environment and are burning to drive the energy transition sustainably with us. You score with an at least well-finished business engineering or technical bachelor's, or master's degree, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or related degree programs and are ready to introduce yourself into projects within Bavaria. A safety check is required according to legal requirements.
