In this key role, you take over the overall responsibility for the Aerospace Systems division and significantly shape the technical and economic future. You combine entrepreneurial thinking with excellent leadership and set strategic impulses for growth and innovation.

You are responsible for the technical and commercial overall responsibility for Aerospace Systems including P&L, Budget and Financial Performance As a disciplinary leadership, you will develop team leaders in a targeted way and ensure a high performance of the entire team You actively shape the technical, economic and organizational sustainability and the delivery capacity of the area Existing customer and project business secures you sustainably and strategically expands the inventory business The further development of skills, technologies and processes in your area of responsibility is in your hands In close cooperation with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, you will ensure the successful implementation of complex aerospace projects

A completed university degree in engineering (e.g. aerospace, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or similar) forms your technical basis More than 10 years of relevant professional experience, of which at least 4 years of management-level disciplinary leadership experience, distinguish yourself Finding experience in system development as well as a very good understanding of aircraft systems Good knowledge of relevant standards and methods such as RTCA DO-178, DO-254, DO-160, V-Modell, Part 21J and Project Management, EN 9100 and Export Control are your know-how entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, strong leadership skills (managing managers), high customer orientation and sovereign conflict management complete your profile; You can master German and English at least on C1 level
