Junior Accountant Finance (m/w/d)

Accountably correct booking of goods inputs and outputs, rebookings, cancellations and differences as well as recognition and correction of incorrect bookings Care and coordination of all warehouse-relevant accounts and optimization of warehouse-related workflows clarification of open items and process deviations with purchasing, logistics and suppliers Participation in the monthly inventory assessment Implementation of demarcations and provisions in the inventory area Provision of analyses and reports for monthly accounts Support in the planning, implementation and evaluation of inventory as well as testing of differences and their system-side cleaning Analysis of weakness, sources of errors and process gaps Analysis of price and quantity deviations Close cooperation with the departments

Commercial training (industrial businessman, wholesale and foreign trade, forwarding) or training in the logistics/production environment with affinity for accounting Multiannual professional experience in the field of inventory, logistics accounting or accounts Payable Experience in handling storage and material processes (MM/WM/IM) of advantage Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel High analytical skills and strategic thinking Very good communication skills and team skills Self-employed and structured work High degree of accuracy and pronounced detail orientation Quick understanding of complex facts, high readiness to learn
