As a production measuring technician, you are part of the team of measurement technology and problem solution. You carry out the test planning for existing articles of all production areas, create and test measurement reports and complete sampling according to VDA standards. In addition, you support the solution of quality problems in manufacturing. The tasks in detail: Test planning and test preparation for individual parts and assemblies Selection, setup and programming of measuring machines Initial sampling of articles incl. Creation of all required documents (PPAP / PPF) Analysis and solution of quality problems in manufacturing Creation and tracking of supplier complaints Training of skilled workers in the application of measuring equipment and testing programs Participation in the development and use of test and clamping devices

Technical design as a tool mechanic, preferably with further development to the technician Experience in the professional manufacturing measurement technology of a company of the metal and plastic processing industry, ideally with well-founded knowledge in the manufacturing technologies machining, casting technology and punching and forming technology Ability to work quickly but with high precision and reliability Experience in programming keyence measurement projectors on complex components Ability to work in the team and proactively coordinate with colleagues on relevant topics Strong character with the ability to represent quality positions and convince others Knowledge of sampling (PPAP / PPF) Safe handling of technical drawings and test features
