Maintenance Technician / Building Technician / Technical Site Supervisor – Warehouse (m/f/d)

Safety: You are responsible for the trouble-free operation of the entire building and operating technology. Sanitary & plant engineering: You wait and maintain sanitary facilities and touchless fittings. Preventive maintenance: You carry out proactive maintenance work, including professional pipe cleaning. Technical facility management: You are raising disturbances at gates, ramps as well as elevators and performing general repairs, reconstructions and internal removals. Testing & Security: You complete regular safety tours and document all audit-relevant processes legally. Interface function: You coordinate external service providers and control their operations on site. Ready to use: You support the team in shift operation and participate in the rolling standby service.

Qualification: Complete craft training, ideally in the fields of wood/metal, sanitary, installation or painting/painting. Experience: Multiannual professional practice in a craft or technical environment. Technical knowledge: Funded technical understanding, preferably with specific knowledge in the sanitary sector. IT & Mobility: Secure handling of MS Office as well as a valid class B driving licence. Operation: High level of self-organization, structure and reliability. Soft skills: communication strength and stress resistance for a dynamic working day. Languages: German language skills in word and writing.
