CNC Router (m/f/d)

You set the machine with the ready-installed NC programs from the CAD program Esprit one You manufacture Plexiglas parts according to customer orders precisely. You turn the machines and observe the production process. You carry out controls to preserve quality. You keep order at work and hand the machine clean to the next layer. You keep an overview of the customer orders and document the individual work steps carried out

You have completed vocational training for CNC milling, CNC lathe or a comparable profession. You have work experience in the manufacturing sector and already have experience in CNC machines. Experience with the Siemens control 840d SL and the NUM control is desirable. A valid forklift certificate is of advantage, but not absolutely necessary. You like to learn new processes and work on various machines with different requirements (programmes and number of axles). You are happy to work in individual parts production and are happy to process various customer orders. You work precisely and quality consciously. You are reliable and team-oriented. You bring technical understanding. You like to work in the 3-layer model.
