Software Architect Conversational AI (m/f/d)

Architecture & Integration: You design scalable architectures and define how Conversational AI platforms, LLMs and backend systems seamlessly and securely fit into the existing IT landscape (cloud/on-prem).

Technical project management: You take the technical leadership in implementation projects, control the developer team, define best practices and bear the responsibility for the quality of the solution.

Strategic Scoping: You identify useful use cases together with the customer, evaluate them in terms of their technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness (ROI) and advises on the selection of the appropriate platform, models and components.

Operations & Governance: You develop sustainable operating, maintenance and support concepts (Application Management), define SLAs and Monitorings, so that the AI solutions remain highly available and maintainable even after the Go level.

Presales & Solution Design: Our sales are looking forward to your support at Pitches. You sketch rough solution architectures, appreciates expenses and convinces technical decision-makers on the customer's side with competence.

Compliance & Security: You advise customers on issues such as data security and governance when using Generative AI and compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, AI Act).

Theretic background: You have a successfully completed study of natural science (MINT) or a vocational training with appropriate professional practice. Comprehensive experience: You look back on several years of practical experience in designing and implementing Conversational AI solutions, preferably in the agency or consulting environment. Technology View: You have deep understanding of modern web architectures, cloud platforms, interface design, GenAI & RAG, the connection of contact center platforms (CCaaS) and telephone systems (PBX, SBC) and know how Enterprise IT ticks. You keep the “Big Picture” in mind, think in long-term system landscapes instead of Silos and recognize technical risks at an early stage.

Stakeholder management: You speak the language of the developers as fluent as that of the C-level decision-makers and can translate complex technology in a comprehensible way. Customer orientation: You combine high technical competency with a pronounced service mentality and are entitled to build not only a functioning but the best possible architecture for the customer.

Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
