The pedagogical diagnostic group 'Leuchtturm' Our group offers space for up to six children aged 3 to 6 years, who need a protected framework due to unsafe ties and stressful relationship experiences. Our goal is to support the individual needs and perspective planning of the children through targeted diagnostics.

You take the educational accompaniment and individual promotion of children between 3 and 6 years in everyday life and create an environment where You feel safe and accepted. Together with the team you build sustainable relationships with the children. You will take observations and documentation of child development as well as preparation of diagnostic reports. You work closely with parents, youth offices and therapists: women, caregivers and other professionals to ensure the best possible support for children. You participate in the development and implementation of individual perspective planning. Participation in interdisciplinary case meetings is also part of your responsibility.

A completed training (e.g. teacher:in, nurse:in) or a study in the educational field (e.g. social education, social work). A special sensitivity and resilience in dealing with children with special needs. Experiences in working with young children, ideally in youth assistance or diagnostics, as well as experience in working between proximity and distance. Empathy, appreciation and the ability to shape relationships. Feeling for teamwork and moving something together with your colleagues. Ideally, experience in the design of group everyday life and knowledge in the help plan procedure and reporting. Ready to take over all services in our shift system, including weekend services.
