Your tasks:

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC milling machines (3 to 5-axis.
• Programming and optimization of processing sequences the machine (e.g. Heidenhain, Siemens or Fanuc).
• Processing of individual parts and small series by technical drawings.
• independent quality control of the manufactured workpieces by means of common measuring means (e.g. measuring slides, Micrometers).
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines and smaller Maintenance work.
• Close cooperation with work preparation and quality assurance for continuous process optimization.

Your profile:

• completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, CNC milling or in a comparable metalworking profession (e.g. industrial mechanic).
• Knowledge in the field of CNC-controlled milling, ideally at 3- to 5-axis machining centres.
• Secure handling of at least one common CNC control (e.g. Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc); Experience in setup and, if necessary, Programming directly on the machine.
• experience in working according to technical drawings and good Knowledge in manufacturing measurement technology and the handling of measuring instruments (e.g. slider, bracket measuring screw, altimeter).
• desirable: basic knowledge of CAM programming or Experience with CAD/CAM interfaces.
• technical understanding, high solution orientation and Fine motors.
• Structured, independent operation with high Quality awareness – even in complex components or Small series.
• Teamability, flexibility and readiness, responsibility to take over.
• Loadability and readiness for shiftwork.
