You prepare the plants and make sure that every fruit gum mass is created perfectly according to recipe You keep raw materials, filling levels and parameters in sight – so that production runs round at any time You take control of the mogul and make sure that cleanly shaped fruit gums are made from every mass You test mass and products, carry out analyses and make sure that only the best quality is further processed You document the most important process steps – precise and reliable Watch the HACCP concept and ensure highest cleanliness and quality

For example, you have a training as a specialist in food technology / confectionery technology (m/w/d) or several years of experience in food production Ready to work in the 3-layer system No problems with warmer temperatures and flour dust (maize flour) You have good knowledge of German in word and writing
