To strengthen the sales team, we are looking for a dedicated sales assistant that actively supports the sales process and ensures a smooth process in the back office. Support of the sales team in daily business Creation, tracking and maintenance of customer data Coordination of appointments, meetings and travel planning Support of customer requests by phone and email Creation and maintenance of sales documents and presentations Support in preparing sales and trade fairs Maintenance and updating of CRM systems

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial man/woman, office man/woman) or comparable qualification First experience in the sales environment, ideal in the industrial sector Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Organisational strength and high service orientation Communication strength and friendly appearance Teamability and independent working Good knowledge of German in word and writing
