Development and implementation of the Lean Roadmap in line with the Plant and Enterprise Strategy Introduction, Standardization and Auditing of Lean Methods (e.g. 5S, VSM, Standard Work, Kaizen, SMED, TPM) Conduct of continuous improvement initiatives (KVP) with measurable business effects Identification and elimination of waste along the entire value chain Performance & KPI Management Analysis and improvement of OEE, throughput times, cycle times, stocks and productivity. Building transparent performance boards and daily management structures (SQDCP) Ensuring sustainable earnings protection (standards, follow-up, audits) Project & change management Head of cross-departmental lean and transformation projects Presentation of workshops (cacias, problem solution, value flow design) Active support of change processes and cultural change in the shopfloor Coaching & skills Training and coaching of executives and employees in Lean principles Internal Lean Competence (Green / Black Belt approaches) Sparring partners for management and employees for improvements Interfaces & Governance Close cooperation with production, logistics, quality, engineering and supply chain Exchange with regional / global OpEx networks ensuring compliance with internal standards and

Complete degree in engineering, economic engineering, business management or comparable Multiannual experience in Lean Management / Operational Excellence in the Industrial Environment (ideally Automotive) Detectable successes in the implementation of Lean initiatives Experience in shopfloor-close work and change projects Very good knowledge of Lean Methods and Problem Solution (A3, 5‐Why, Ishikawa, PDCA, 5S, TPM etc.) Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt desirable Embossed communication and moderation capability High enforcement strength paired with coaching mentality Analytical thinking, structural strength, hands‐on mentality German fluent, English verhandlungssicherung Safe handling of MS Office, KPI‐ and possibly
