As an internationally active We offer an extensive range of machine manufacturers in ramming and drilling technology Machines, tools and accessories for special floor construction.

as strategic and operational management personality in our medium-sized company Special construction.

You want to actively shape technical innovations and a team of 80 highly qualified Engineers lead? In this key position, you are responsible for the technical development our complex special deep-growing machines and special solutions. In close cooperation with Management, sales and specialist areas Tax development projects, secure technical Quality and establish efficient, future-oriented structures and processes.

Leadership and further development of technical teams Strategic planning and operational implementation of development projects Responsibility for technical standards, standards and safety (e.g. product liability, machinery directive, functional safety) Development of technical infrastructure, processes and tools (e.g. PLM, CAD/CAE) Responsibility for innovation/technology projects and technical risk management Participation in investment and strategic decisions

Complete engineering studies (engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar) Multiannual leadership experience in the development of special machines, construction machines or complex mechatronic systems, ideally in a medium-sized company deep technical understanding in design, electrical/electronics, hydraulics or control technology Experience in project and process management Representative decision-making, communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking Ability to motivate, structure and develop interdisciplinary teams very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Other valuable plus points Knowledge of CE conformity, functional safety, standards and product liability Experience in innovation management and sponsor research Negotiation security in dealing with customers, suppliers and service providers
