Head of Human Resources Controlling (m/f/d)

In this responsible and explicitly design-oriented position, you are assigned to the head of the HR business unit and are independent in contact with the executives. You control and manage the department with currently six employees in a contemporary environment and continuously develop it. You implement new processes as well as modern control instruments in the HR controller. A special focus is on the further development of human resource management and care controlling processes. In addition, you will be able to monitor the number of staff and advance the further development of the reporting system. In addition, you are actively involved in economic planning as well as in payment and budget negotiations with personnel. The planning and control of digitalization projects is also part of your task. Own ideas and concepts are desired and expected.

For this demanding and interdisciplinary task, you will bring a successfully completed study of the business economy or a comparable qualification. You have relevant and multiannual professional experience in management and provide sound knowledge of the DRG system as well as the personal-relevant framework conditions, in particular the PpUGV and the PPP-RL. A high level of communication competence is yours and enables you to convey results convincingly and to effectively shape the management of the staff inventory. You lead your employees collegially to their attention and thereby enable their professional and personal development in the team. .
