compliance and further development of the occupational safety rules and objectives; ''Life of occupational safety'' Support in the framework of the safety-related control (basic and operational-specific support) according to DGUV Regulation 2, e.g.: Support for risk assessment Support for basic measures of work design → Prevention of relations and behaviour Support in the creation, maintenance and optimization of a suitable safety organisation Implementation of occupational safety audits in the integrated management system (IMS) and within the framework of the RPC-H&S organisation Support in data acquisition and reporting on safety performance (internal operations, cluster and group level) Information of management and management on current legal requirements and impact on the operation on compliance with the laws, regulations and other regulations applicable to the respective site Advising the management, the MT team, managers and employees on occupational safety and participation in the investigation of accident events

Successfully completed (industrial) master or technical studies or qualification with multi-year experience in a similar position State-approved training course: Acquisition of technical safety is a prerequisite Structured, careful and independent operation Good English knowledge of word and writing High social competence, enforcement High communication and team capability Flexible work, commitment and resilience
