Operational Buyer (m/w/d)

We are looking for an operating buyer (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible time.

Procurement of purchasing parts and external services of the assigned group of goods according to the requirements of the supervisor (m/w/d) with respect to Priorities Organisation and ensuring timely delivery of parts and services with in- and external interfaces implementation of the concepts developed by a higher position with respect to the procurement; coordination and consulting with in- and external interfaces Participation in suggestions for optimization and, if necessary, Encourage changes to your own tasks

Collection, dispatch and tracking of relevant information/documents for ordering/statistics/evaluation/analysis/data Record and record orders, write, queries, internal messages (etc.) by keywords/gem. Templates as well as preparation of tabular overviews, figures (etc.) according to specifications Organizing and running the office deposit

You have a completed training as an industrial businessman (m/w/d) or comparable and some years of professional experience in purchasing Your German is excellent and English very good strong communicative skills to collaborate with all levels and maintain business relationships (m/w/d) in the team to work together on tasks, to support each other and to make compromises high level of conflictability, persuasiveness and enforcement in order to well represent the interests of the department independent, structured and accurate work, for quick and direct achievement
