You support our customers in remote and telephone support in technical issues. You carry out software inspection, error search, modification and upgrades (e.g. HMI systems, PC operating systems, databases). You are responsible for the inspection, repair and upgrade of hardware technology (e.g. PC, Simatic SPS and communication technology). You bind KORSCH machines to customer-side networks. You train the staff of our customers on site worldwide.

You are a friendly and optimistic person, nothing brings you out of peace so quickly. You capture facts quickly and can also explain complex information in a comprehensible manner. You are communicative and at the same time a good listener. You love your freedom, work mainly independently, but if necessary also like to work in the team. You love traveling to the whole world and are curious to meet other cultures and people. Your profile: You have a technical training, e.g. as a PLC programmer, mechatronics, Technicians/masters, for example of electrical engineering or mechatronics, or a comparable Higher education. You have profound knowledge in Simatic Step 7, WinCC, TIA, industrial bus systems such as Profinet and professional bus. You have sound network and Windows system knowledge. You have certain knowledge of German and English; other language skills desirable. You are flexible and ready to travel internationally.
